Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Explain complex insurance policies and coverage details in a clear, understandable manner.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling Allstate products.
Process applications and manage client accounts accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the agency team to contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to client engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
