Job Description
In this role, you will engage with potential and current clientele to cultivate new business opportunities and drive growth in the trailer sales market. Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing leads, providing expert insights into our product offerings, and demonstrating how these solutions address client needs. You will manage customer interactions, including negotiating deals, finalizing sales, and maintaining ongoing relationship management. A solid understanding of product specifications will aid you in answering client inquiries and emphasizing features that address their challenges. Effective negotiation skills are necessary for discussing pricing and terms with customers, while collaboration with team members across various departments will be critical to success. Additionally, keeping detailed contact records and performing meticulous follow-ups will sustain and strengthen business relationships. As an integral part of our team, you'll also conduct credit assessments and ensure prompt and accurate collections, as well as complete necessary administrative duties. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of sales experience within the distribution or supplier sector, will prepare you for success in this goal-driven environment. Owning your transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance are prerequisites, along with a commitment to professional growth and self-motivation.
