Location: Multiple U.S. markets – Travel RequiredPosition Type: Full-Time | Summer SeasonalCompensation: $10,000 – $70,000 + per month (Commission Based)

About the Role
As a Sales Route Manager, you'll be part of a high-energy, team-driven environment where hard work pays off — literally. You'll spend the summer traveling with your team to one of our active markets, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them choose premium pest-control services that keep their homes safe and clean.
This is a door-to-door, direct-sales position — ideal for competitive, outgoing, and ambitious individuals ready to take control of their income and their future.
What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
- Present Greenix's pest-control services with confidence and professionalism.
- Educate customers on benefits, pricing, and treatment options.
- Generate new accounts and help meet or exceed sales goals.
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and field mentoring.
- Travel and live with your team in a designated summer sales area.

What We're Looking For

- Willingness to travel and live away from home for the summer (May–August).
- Prior sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to relocate temporarily for the summer season.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
