Playrite, LLC has been Knoxville and East Tennessee's premier artificial turf provider since 1993. We help homeowners and businesses create beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor spaces where people can relax and unwind. Our success comes from top-quality products, expert installation, and building genuine relationships with our clients and partners.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist who's motivated by uncapped earning potential and enjoys guiding clients through a meaningful home or business improvement project, from first conversation to finished lawn.
What You'll Earn
- Base salary of $45,000–$55,000/year, plus commission
- Total earning potential of ~$100,000+

What You'll Do
- Build and grow a pipeline of leads through strategic partnerships, referrals, and networking
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and referral partners across the community
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, walk their outdoor space, and recommend the right turf solution, acting as their trusted advisor throughout
- Prepare clear, professional estimates and proposals
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Follow up with clients to answer questions and close the sale
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience (turf, landscape, or construction sales a plus, but not required)
- A relationship-first sales style; you'd rather earn trust than push a close
- Comfort learning and using proposal, quoting, and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
