Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.

Present and explain various insurance products offered by Sam Cruz Agency, LLC and American Family Insurance.

Develop personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with care and clarity.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Property & Casualty and Life License preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for helping people find the right solutions.

Comfortable with in-person client interactions.

Ability to learn and explain insurance products clearly.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
