We're searching for a Full-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager who can help guide clients through life-changing skincare programs while maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand.
What the Role Looks Like As a client advisor and team leader, you'll be the expert voice in helping guests understand, commit to, and complete powerful skincare treatment plans. Working alongside licensed estheticians, you'll make sure every guest feels confident in their decision — and in their results.
Your Core Responsibilities
Sales Supervisor
Host meaningful client consultations focused on goals and results
Consistently drive daily sales of $3,500+ through trust-building and strategy
Track client progress, appointments, and results using CRM software
Set the tone for a high-end, supportive client experience
Sales Manager
Guide and support a sales team to meet performance targets
Ensure all consultations and treatment flows are optimized
Assist team members in closing high-ticket service plans
Compensation
Monthly Salary: $2,500–$3,000
Commission Range: 4%–10% depending on individual and team performance
No walk-ins — all consultations are booked in advance

Previous experience in luxury sales, aesthetics, or client services
