About the Company Dermamode Spa is part of a national luxury spa group with 10 premium brands and over 15 elite locations across the U.S. Our treatments, ranging from $1,500 to $25,000, are fully customized for a high-end, results-driven clientele. All appointments are scheduled in advance, ensuring an exclusive and personalized client experience.

The Role We are looking for a full-time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Tampa. In this role, you will guide clients through their wellness journeys, collaborate with skilled estheticians, and help drive significant sales in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Responsibilities

Sales Supervisor

  • Conduct structured and personalized client consultations

  • Achieve high-ticket daily sales goals (target: $3,500+)

  • Record client progress and communication in CRM software

  • Ensure every interaction reflects luxury service standards

Sales Manager

  • Lead a sales team in hitting individual and team performance goals

  • Manage the consultation-to-treatment process

  • Coach and support team members to close large treatment packages

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month

  • Commission: 4%–10% based on sales performance

  • Appointment-only clientele — no walk-in traffic

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury sales, wellness, or aesthetics

  • Excellent communication skills and CRM experience

  • Goal-oriented with a client-focused approach
