The Role We are currently hiring a Part-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to support client engagement and sales growth. You'll work closely with licensed providers and high-end clients, helping tailor treatment plans while guiding them through our premium service offerings.

Responsibilities

Sales Supervisor

Deliver in-depth consultations with professionalism and care
Achieve daily sales goals of $3,500+
Maintain CRM records and client follow-ups
Represent the brand through exceptional customer service

Sales Manager

Lead and support a small team of part-time consultants
Manage sales flow and assist in closing large treatment packages
Provide strategic input on improving client experience and conversion

Compensation

Base Salary: Pro-rated from $2,500–$3,000/month
Commission: 4%–10% based on individual and team sales
100% appointment-based — no walk-ins or cold outreach

Qualifications

Background in luxury retail, aesthetics, or wellness sales preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Motivated by performance and committed to client satisfaction
Flexible and professional in a fast-paced spa environment
