What You'll Be Doing

Sales Supervisor

Lead private consultations and introduce clients to customized treatment paths
Achieve daily sales goals of $3,500+ through strategic, relationship-based selling
Use CRM systems to manage client details, follow-ups, and results
Maintain a polished, high-service environment

Sales Manager

Support and manage a small sales team focused on high-value client engagement
Oversee consultation flow and treatment plan execution
Coach team members in high-conversion conversations and client care

Compensation Structure

Base Pay: Prorated from $2,500–$3,000/month depending on hours
Commission: 4%–10% based on sales outcomes
Clients are pre-booked — no cold calling or walk-ins
