Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for our Aurora/Naperville, IL area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow customer relationships. Provide leadership, direction and oversight to ensure growth and improved operational efficiency.
- Help develop and execute the Sales Plan for National, Regional and Local customers.
- Utilize Proprietary I.T. for Sales and Route management.
- Effectively lead local management team.
- Develop and foster teamwork, excitement and alignment with company objectives
- Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships
- Coach and develop Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers
- Lead continuous improvement activities
- Effectively communicate market conditions to management
- Effectively communicate performance standards to employees
