Job Description

What You Can Expect:

  • Prospectar clientes y concretar ventas (búsqueda directa, llamadas, citas, seguimientos)

  • Elaboración y envío de cotizaciones

  • Seguimiento a clientes para incrementar los volúmenes.

  • Agendar citas comerciales para fidelización de clientes existentes.

  • Dar soporte comercial y seguimiento a los BDE para lograr cierres de venta y dar un excelente servicio

  • Dar de alta a los clientes, proveedores y agentes en el extranjero, enviando la documentación requerida al área de Crédito y Cobranza para iniciar la operación del cliente.

  • Gestionar el control administrativo de la información comercial a través del CRM

What You Bring:

  • Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio o Negocios internacionales, concluida.

  • Paquetería Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • 2 años mínimo de experiencia realizando estas actividades

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio

  • Conocimientos básicos de operaciones aéreas, marítimas y terrestres

  • Manejo de cotizaciones

  • Servicio al cliente

  • Orientación a resultados

  • Atención al detalle

  • Excelente actitud y proactividad
