What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with walk in, phone and online customers directly and maintain own book of business.
- Analyze operational and sales metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Support departmental budgeting, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams in building materials, wholesale distribution, millwork, or a similar industry preferred.
- Strong business acumen with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
