Hourly Wage: $20.62 plus $6K maximum annualized bonus potential
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Deliver prompt, high-quality support to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while assisting Sales in strengthening provider relationships. Drive business growth by promoting products, educating providers, and ensuring every interaction is efficient, professional, and easy to do business with Pride.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-centric support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an easy and seamless experience Proactively address customer needs, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with providers and customers Accurately process orders and ensure timely follow-through Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive sales and secure orders Support Account Executives by managing accounts, maintaining relationships, and assisting as needed Contribute to team and company sales goals through direct customer engagement Serve as a reliable point of contact and maintain clear, effective communication Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to document account activity and ensure team visibility Collaborate with internal departments to complete tasks efficiently Promote self-service tools such as PQ365 to enhance the customer experience Adhere to company policies and processes (pricing, VOC, freight, etc.)Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and proceduresConsistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing salesWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLS

At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field with at least 6 months of sales experiencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED EDUCATION
