Join Lytegen as a Sales Trainer to play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team to excel in a competitive marketplace. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to design, implement, and refine comprehensive sales training programs that drive consultant success and accelerate revenue growth. You will lead dynamic training sessions, conduct realistic virtual role-plays, and collaborate closely with leadership to continuously elevate our sales strategies. Requirements

Develop and manage sales training curricula within Kajabi or other LMS platforms.
Effectively onboard new Energy Consultants to maximize their productivity.
Conduct live virtual role-plays focused on enhancing closing techniques in real-world scenarios.
Analyze sales calls and appointment results to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with field needs and business goals.
Continuously update training materials to reflect product and market changes.
Monitor key metrics such as ramp time and training completion to assess training effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

Residency in Texas is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience training in-home or field sales representatives with a focus on closing skills.
Proven ability to design and develop sales training programs from the ground up.
