Job Description
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Onboarding & Training Coordinator to support and develop our Brand Ambassador (lead generation) team. This role combines structured training with in-field coaching to ensure new hires are set up for success and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process, including scheduling, materials, and timely completion of all tasks
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing team members
- Train and evaluate performance in the field
- Develop and deliver training programs that improve performance and close skill gaps
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
- Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance
- Monitor key metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention, and training effectiveness
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee development
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems

Schedule & Expectations
- Wednesday–Sunday schedule
- Travel within the market required
- Lead onboarding sessions and serve as a primary contact for new hires
- Conduct in-field coaching and evaluations
Compensation & Benefits
- $21–$25/hour + monthly performance bonus
