Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (AI-Focused)
Location: USA, Naperville, IL (Remote or occasional onsite).
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and AI-driven capabilities. This role will support business teams by delivering actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and contributing to AI/Einstein-powered initiatives and POCs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-facing, and comfortable working in fast-paced, exploratory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and leadership insights
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support AI/Einstein features (e.g., predictions, recommendations, automation insights) within Salesforce
- Contribute to AI-driven POCs and agentic workflows, helping evaluate and operationalize new capabilities
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access controls
- Perform data analysis, data quality checks, and ensure integrity across Salesforce objects
- Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow preferred)
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to enhance platform capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, security model)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and standard/custom objects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Good to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein / AI capabilities (Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, etc.)
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts / automation-driven workflows
- Experience supporting POCs, pilots, or innovation initiatives
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
