Requirements
- 3 years or more of Salesforce administration experience, including access, permissions, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet administration, including forms, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automated processes.
- Experience with HMIS platforms or data systems supporting homeless services and housing programs.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, user accounts, application support, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience in data quality, reporting, system integrations, cybersecurity practices, and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce and Smartsheet configurations, permissions, dashboards, forms, workflows, and automations.
- Monitor data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, HMIS, Smartsheet, and related business systems.
- Develop and validate operational dashboards, compliance reports, performance metrics, and analytical tools.
- Resolve data discrepancies and coordinate system corrections with program, finance, grants, and compliance teams.
- Support Microsoft 365, employee technology access, equipment assignments, user accounts, and routine IT issues.
- Improve reporting processes, implement automated controls, support system upgrades, and deliver user training.
