Job Description

Salesforce AdministratorAbilene, TX Direct Hire$95,000-$110,000

We're hiring a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own and manage the platform for a rapidly growing mid-size client!

What you'll do:

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: security models, permission sets, automation, objects, fields, and Lightning configuration
  • Manage the FSC data model (accounts, households, relationships, financial accounts)
  • Partner with integration teams on core integrations (data mapping, monitoring, reconciliation)
  • Build dashboards and reporting for leadership
  • Gather requirements directly from the business, not just executing tickets
  • Drive user adoption through training and documentation
  • Maintain documentation and controls supporting audit/regulatory readiness

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration in production
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Comfort working with data integrations / ETL concepts

Bonus points:

  • Financial Services Cloud, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience in a regulated industry (banking, financial services) a plus
