Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide interim hands-on Salesforce administration and operational support for a critical digital product and lead management ecosystem.
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations to ensure lead flow and integration continuity.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders, dealer partners, vendors, and development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot lead flows, integrations, APIs, Salesforce Flows, and automation.
- Use Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools for bulk data updates, validation, cleansing, and reporting.
- Manage, prioritize, and track defects, incidents, and enhancements using Jira.
- Coordinate with development teams to drive timely resolution of issues.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate production releases.
- Support dealer onboarding, territory/ZIP code updates, and Salesforce integrations.
- Work directly with dealer partners, media vendors, and third-party technology partners to resolve technical issues.
- Clearly communicate and escalate business-critical production issues as needed.
- Independently investigate and resolve issues within Salesforce.
- Strong experience required in Salesforce administration, incident management, Data Loader/ETL, Salesforce Flow, API/integration troubleshooting, Jira, and UAT/release validation.
- Experience in lead-generation or lead-routing environments is strongly preferred.
