About the job
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role involves hands-on administration, user support, automation, and reporting, and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
- Configure and manage:
- Standard and custom objects
- Fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Workflows, process automation, and approvals
- Forms, reports, and dashboards
- Support enhancements and ongoing improvements across Salesforce modules
User & Security Management
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and user access updates
- Ensure data security and adherence to Salesforce best practices
Data Management & Quality
- Perform data imports, updates, and cleanups
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist with data governance and documentation
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests
- Ensure reporting aligns with business KPIs and operational needs
Support & Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic system and user issues
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for enhancements and issue resolution
Documentation & Best Practices
- Maintain system documentation and configuration details
- Follow Salesforce best practices for administration and configuration
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce configuration and administration
- Workflow automation and business processes
- Reports and dashboards
- Experience with user management, security settings, and data maintenance
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
