Salesforce Administrator

UWorld, LLC has an opening for the position of Salesforce Administrator (Ref# SA420HN).

Work Location: 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd., Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75019.

Job Duties: Administer Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot/MCAE) environments, ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and system performance. Work closely with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and management teams to gather Salesforce system requirements and business objectives. Deliver CRM solutions through cross-functional collaboration in Salesforce administration and implementation. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, review design options with impact analysis with the stakeholders and implement a robust solution. Involved in analyzing and understanding advanced customizations and varied, unique business processes. Architect the overall system for use within multiple verticals, different business models, and various teams. Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility, approval processes, role hierarchies, lightning components, process builder, flows, validation rules, data dashboards and reporting. Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance. Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes including B2C and B2B activities. Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as process builders, flows, workflow rules, and approval processes. Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide business insights and performance analytics. Support new user setup and training. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce use. Use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Analytics Studio, Data Loader, Apex, Visualforce, Databricks, Tableau, Confluence, and JIRA.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Salesforce Database Administrator, Business Analyst, or related experience. Position requires 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Data Architect certifications required. 40hrs/week.
