Job Description
Job Title:Salesforce Architect (Architect exp required) 18+ years of total experience
Location: Albany, NY Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure business use cases align with standardized Salesforce accelerators before introducing custom solutions.
- Define end-to-end architecture blueprints covering business processes, integrations, data models, security, and system components.
- Design scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy, leveraging platforms such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
- Establish system boundaries, architectural guardrails, integration patterns, and environment strategies.
- Extend Salesforce Public Sector solutions and data models to meet specific organizational needs.
- Design data flows and enable cross-functional analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring alignment with standards, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in Solution Architecture Review (SAR) processes, acting as both a solution designer and governance gatekeeper to ensure solutions are technically sound, reusable, and compliant before approval.
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, including at Experience in enterprise or public sector environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
- Development experience using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce architectures.
- Strong understanding and practical application of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required (System Architect or Technical Architect preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including:
- Cross-functional collaboration with system integrators, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Ability to deliver effective knowledge transfer sessions
