Join our team as a Salesforce Architect where you will play a pivotal role in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading integration efforts, and ensuring data governance and security. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory architect certifications.
- Mandatory knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud along with Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
- AWS working knowledge will be required.
- Experience in designing and developing software components with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
- Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Implementation expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
- Agentforce working knowledge.
- Experience in Salesforce org merge, integration, and data quality migration design.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions involving Service Cloud and SCV.
- Leading integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
- Overseeing data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
- Developing and enforcing best practices for Salesforce development and governance.
- Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior architects and developers, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, diagrams, and playbooks.
- Guiding developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Contributing to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
