- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Define architecture, integration, security, and data strategies.
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Develop integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Platform Events.
- Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce DX.
- Drive CI/CD implementation, code reviews, and release management.
