Salesforce Architect Georgia -Atlanta, days onsite – 5Mandatory areas – SFDC Sales/Revenue/Experience Cloud – 8 - 10 years Must Have skills:- Revenue Cloud- Sales Cloud- Experience Cloud- Experience in subscription-based business models (SaaS)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive revenue transformation initiatives.This role will be responsible for defining architecture strategy, leading technical design, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem while delivering scalable, high-performing solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Revenue Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Architect scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Lead-to-Revenue processes.
- Define integration architecture across ERP systems, billing platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways.
- Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and optimal system performance.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Design and implement complex:
- Product bundling and configuration rules
- Pricing strategies and discounting models
- Multi-currency and multi-entity environments
- Subscription lifecycle management
- Build advanced approval workflows and revenue recognition integrations.
- Implement automation for renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
- Architect and optimize enterprise sales processes, including:
- Lead and opportunity management
- Forecasting and territory management
- Pipeline visibility and reporting
- Implement automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Enable AI-driven insights using Salesforce Einstein capabilities.
- Design and implement partner and customer portals using Experience Cloud.
- Develop secure data sharing models and role hierarchies.
- Enable self-service capabilities such as quoting, order tracking, and case management.
- Optimize user experience and performance for external users.
- Define and implement API-led integration strategies (REST/SOAP, middleware).
- Work with platforms such as MuleSoft or other integration tools.
- Lead DevOps strategy including CI/CD, version control, and scratch org management.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor developers and administrators, providing technical leadership.
- 10+ years of overall CRM experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Revenue Cloud
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration frameworks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Experience with subscription-based (SaaS) business models
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
