Request ID: 104164-1 Title: BSA / Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $55 - $60.00/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce context
  • Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation
  • Stakeholder management across business| product| and engineering teams UAT planning| facilitation| and defect triage oversight
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud| Experience Cloud| or PRM processes
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
  • Experience in partner operations| channel sales| or alliance programs
  • Familiarity with agile delivery| sprint planning| and backlog grooming
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
