Job Description
Job Title: Client Business Analyst Work Location with ZIP: Cupertino, CA Duration: 6 months Top 3 Required skills:
- Experience Cloud, Client admin, Client Business Analyst
- Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 6 to 8 years
- Any Certifications required: Client admin
- As a Client Analyst you will partner with World Wide and Regional business Channel teams to support and drive solution needs within Client CRM. Specifically on the Partner Gateway (Experience Cloud)
- Leverage deep expertise in the Client Platform to align technical solutions that support complex and evolving global business needs
- Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to support regional functional testing within each release
- Own and execute end-to-end and regression testing for all Client enhancements during User Acceptance Testing; collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to triage reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Support key business processes promoting application, platform governance, data quality, and compliance across tools and teams
- Design and implement Client Reports and Dashboard that support the business processes and deliver business insight
