Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to support Sales technologies, including Salesforce CRM, MCAE, Investor Flow Pipe+, lead management, GDPR and data privacy compliance, and Salesforce API integrations. This role requires 3 days onsite in NYC each week. As a mid-sized company, it focuses on delivering innovative solutions and fostering a results-oriented culture.DescriptionPartner with business stakeholders and internal teams across Firm to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements and issue resolution
Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, dependencies, status updates, and stakeholder communication across system initiatives
Lead testing efforts (QA/UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements before rollout
Analyze data and investigate system or reporting issues to identify root causes and support decision-making and problem resolution
Identify and drive process improvements, recommending and implementing changes to increase operational efficiency and system effectiveness

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with exposure to investment management processes and systems
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud), including lead-to-customer lifecycle, data models, and platform configuration
Proven background in API and integration-heavy environments, including cross-platform workflows, data dependencies, and system interoperability
Solid understanding of SDLC and testing practices, including writing detailed requirements, defining test strategies, and supporting QA/UAT execution
