Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills " sales, service certifications required " FSC certification will be preferred " Banking and financial services experience is preferred " Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution " working knowledge in data migration and integration " Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc) Roles & Responsibilities " Execute quick POC " Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud " Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation " Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions " Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs " Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com " Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects " Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT " Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders " Onsite-offshore co-ordination " Report regular progress on projects " Testing and training strategies
