The role is responsible for requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design support, and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and product owners.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities.
- Facilitate testing, user acceptance, and solution validation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop documentation, reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business analysis and enterprise solution delivery.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Federal government experience.
- Experience supporting CRM modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
