Job Description
Position: Salesforce ConsultantLocation: Evanston, IL (Onsite 2–3 days/week – local candidates only)Duration: 6 MonthsWork Authorization: GC / USC
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Develop custom functionalities using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize Experience Builder
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Shield for security and compliance
- Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and perform root cause analysis
- Handle support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Analyze data and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with end users and business leaders to gather requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Must Have)
- Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Experience Builder
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (security)
- Solid understanding of data modeling
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience handling production support
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and end users
- Problem-solving mindset
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work onsite in Evanston, IL for 2–3 days per week (no exceptions)
- Business casual attire required
