Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer(APEX, LWC, Visualforce, Flow)14+ years of exp
Location: Albany, NY Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and Apex/LWC to automate business processes and case management workflows.
- Create Flows, Apex classes, and automation to support business requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design documents, deployment scripts, and configuration guides.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy policies, access controls, and Center of Excellence (CoE) guardrails.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Develop complex logic and integrations for business use cases, including eligibility and payment processes.
- Write and maintain unit tests, perform peer reviews, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and release deployment processes.
- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, project managers, and testers to deliver reusable and scalable components.
- Assist with production troubleshooting, enhancements, and post-deployment maintenance activities.
- Maintain, enhance, and refactor solutions as new requirements or compliance mandates emerge.
- Implement integrated CTI solutions using enterprise contact center platforms.
- Implement secure access solutions via enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Develop new capabilities to support evolving workflows and operational needs.
- Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC).
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, sandbox management, and release deployment.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, access controls, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex logic and workflows.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CTI integration and enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
