Job ID: 90488-1 Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Plano, TX - Local Candidates Only 100% onsite.Duration: 06 months (can extend)Rate Range: $50.00- $60/hour (All inclusive) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and extensive experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migrations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce integrations, Event-Driven Architecture, and designing scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. This role requires hands-on coding, integration, and the ability to drive complex Salesforce projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Lead Salesforce Classic to Lightning migrations, converting Visualforce pages and logic to LWC.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.
• Implement Event-Driven Architecture patterns including Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce platform objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Develop and manage complex Flows (screen flows, auto-launched flows, scheduled flows).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and performance tuning.
• Define Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
• Lead custom development initiatives and POCs with strong integration experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be local to Dallas and able to work onsite.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migrations.
• Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events.
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events, CDC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Admin, App Builder.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient with tools like Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX.
• Knowledge of DevOps and deployment processes (Copado preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce org merge, integration, data quality, and migration design.
• Strong programming skills in Apex, Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML.
• Experience with VisualForce, Flex, Apex Web Services, API, AppExchange deployment, Salesforce configurations.
• Familiarity with J2EE, HTML, SQL, Oracle.
• Similar consulting firm experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Lead technical discussions and POCs for custom Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps, and implement CRM solutions.
• Experience in complex component building, quick prototyping, and hands-on LWC development.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration with enterprise systems using middleware and APIs.
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Ability to report progress and coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
