Request ID: 102623-1 Title: Salesforce Developer Locations: Cleveland, OH - 100% onsite Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $40 - $47/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and automation, along with experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.Key Responsibilities:" Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows. " Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. " Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. " Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process automations. " Implement Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. " Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. " Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and resolve governor limit exceptions. " Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. " Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support CI/CD deployment processes using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX. Required Skills:" 6 8 years of Salesforce development experience. " Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. " Experience with SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Git. " Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. " Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, integration, and customization. " Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX. " Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. " Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications:" Experience in Banking and Financial Services with knowledge of the Loan Lifecycle. " Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics (CRMA), CPQ, nCino, and Salesforce AI capabilities. " Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Financial Services Cloud, AI, or Data Cloud are preferred.
