Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
8+ years Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, flows, and Salesforce development best practices
Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
Good understanding of JavaScript, API integrations, and security models
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience with advanced Salesforce features and technologies
Familiarity with configuration-based solutions using flows
Experience implementing Apex governor limits effectively in code

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and flows
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
Debug logs and provide support for release deployments
Collaborate with Business System Analysts (BSAs) to refine user stories and estimate story points
Perform solution design and implementation with minimal supervision
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into development processes
