Job Description

= Role: Salesforce Developer (Full Stack)= Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)Address: 505 Hudson Street, Hartford, CT 06106=R Duration: 12+ Months= Pay Rate: $65/hr (C2C/1099) OR $50/hr (W2)Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day/week OR 2 days every 2 weeks onsite)

= Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance existing custom Salesforce applications while contributing to the development of the CT-KIND system.

This role involves working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements validation, design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance. The candidate will also collaborate with system integrators to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term support of implemented solutions.

=' Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
Participate in all phases of the SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support)
Collaborate with stakeholders and system integrators for solution delivery and knowledge transfer
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability

= Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
- Apex (OOP concepts)
- Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components
- Visualforce Pages
- SOQL and Salesforce data modeling
Solid understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Design Patterns & Best Practices
- CRUD operations and system configurations
Experience with full-stack development within Salesforce ecosystem
Strong experience with system integrations and API-based development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive work independently from requirements to implementation
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
