Job Role – Salesforce DeveloperLocation – Remote (US)Full Time roleYear of expr - 8-13 yrs.Salary - $110k +5% +5%PerformanceMust have Skills : Apex, Lightning (LWC), Service cloud, Salesforce VoiceJob Description :Design and develop Salesforce Voice solutions including call management, call recording, and voice analyticsArchitect scalable, secure voice integration solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs and third-party servicesDevelop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow logic for voice workflowsImplement Einstein Voice capabilities to enhance customer interactions and intelligence gatheringIntegrate voice solutions with CRM data, ensuring seamless data synchronization and reportingCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for voice solutionsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standardsTroubleshoot and optimize voice implementations for performance and reliabilityCollaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutionsMentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and professional developmentRequired Qualifications –7-10 years of professional experience in Salesforce developmentHands-on experience with Salesforce Voice or similar voice communication platformsAdvanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce FlowsStrong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patternsDemonstrated experience with Einstein AI capabilities and analyticsKnowledge of VoIP, call handling protocols, and voice telecommunicationsProven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions in large-scale environmentsStrong understanding of data security, compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and call recording regulationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environmentsStrong communication and collaborative skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics
