Job Description
- 8+ years of professional experience as a hands-on Salesforce Developer and Technical Architect.
- Proficiency in Apex for the advanced integration of custom objects and complex business logic.
- Experience in Salesforce Government Cloud environments and handling sensitive public sector data.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system configuration and technical customization.
- Experience with TechnoMile or comparable government contracting solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development agents for software engineering.
- Strong communication skills for directing vendor delivery teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Drive the technical delivery and stability of high-priority Salesforce Government Cloud workstreams.
- Engineer complex backend integrations and custom object schemas utilizing hands-on Apex programming.
- Architect scalable platform solutions while ensuring the performance of integrated CLM modules.
- Evaluate third-party implementation deliverables and exercise technical authority to approve or reject code.
- Coordinate with internal engineering leads to facilitate rigorous code reviews and design alignment.
- Leverage Claude Code and AI-driven development tools to accelerate the software release lifecycle.
- Facilitate daily developer syncs and lead calls to ensure technical milestones are achieved.
