Job Description
This is a strong contract opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting critical business operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a Salesforce-based workforce solution, with plenty of opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support daily Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
- Resolve bugs and maintain system stability
- Configure and update forms, validations, and field-level security
- Develop and maintain Apex solutions
- Manage user and service account profiles
- Write and optimize SOQL queries
- Support cross-object and cross-table data queries
- Partner with stakeholders on requirements and solutions
- Provide clear status updates and progress communication
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with Apex development
- Solid understanding of Salesforce navigation and configuration
- Experience managing forms and field-level security
- Ability to update and maintain validations
- Strong SOQL query skills
- Experience optimizing query performance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and requirements discovery skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting workforce-related Salesforce solutions
- Background in bug fixing and production support
- Experience working with service accounts
- Familiarity with stakeholder reporting
