Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (12+ months)
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solutioning
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to architect solutions using both custom development and out-of-the-box (OOB) Salesforce features
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Sites/Communities)
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce Force.com platform
- Expertise in data and metadata migration strategies
- Strong background in integration design using middleware tools and REST/SOAP APIs
- Proficient in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience
- Solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks
- Prior experience in government contracting environments (preferred)
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering client satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Copado Metadata Fundamentals I & II (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Experience in Java/J2EE architecture and design (preferred)
- Web development experience
- Integration experience with Heroku and MuleSoft
- Hands-on experience with jQuery, Node.js, and Angular
- Exposure to AppExchange packages such as Box and other document management tools
Education and Clearance:
- Eligibility to obtain Public Trust level clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience)
Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred)
- Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (required)
