| Job Description: Senior Salesforce Engineer Key Expectations:8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions.Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non-scalable solutions.Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.
