Salesforce Developer w/ AI Brokerage Location : Alpharetta , GA -hybrid 3 days on site Duration 6 -18mth+ Contract USC and GC 1-2 In-person Interview Must have:

5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows
Salesforce Agentforce including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates
Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential.
Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java)
must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team.

Extensive Salesforce and integration experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows. Additionally, foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates as well as Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential. Strong independent debugging skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities for collaborating with both technical and business teams. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating and guiding offshore resources. Finally, they must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team. 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience MUST have experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Must also have experience in Co-Pilot is a plus Strong knowledge of AI is highly desirable " Exposure to integrations experience with Salesforce, REST API, Connected APP, OAUTH Flows " Proficient- Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, etc. " Proficient to Lightning, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components " Proficient to Salesforce OOO Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Visual Flows " Proficient to Salesforce Content Management Content Version, Document and Distribution " Proficient to Apex design pattern " Experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus " Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java) " Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools " Proficient to a cloud computing platform and the associated automation patterns they provide " Exposure to application of design patterns " Exposure to CICD tool like Flosum will be plus point Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: " Cultivates Innovation: Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful " Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm " Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives " Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences " Drives Results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances " Interpersonal Savvy: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people " Manages Ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear " Optimizes Work Processes: Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement " Self-Development: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels " Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
