Job Description

Salesforce Director - Boston, MA (Onsite 4x/week) - Full Time - $250,000 -$300,000 Per Year

Join our team as a leader in technology strategy and development, driving innovation and managing technology teams globally. This full-time role based in Boston requires expertise in customer relationship management systems and the ability to influence strategic business decisions. You will work with a range of technologies to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global technology strategy for sales and marketing products across multiple regions.
Manage and align technology teams ensuring a consistent strategy that supports business objectives.
Drive strategic decisions with business partners around sales enablement and client service innovation.
Mentor and develop a high-performance team fostering collaboration and excellence.
Influence the refinement of features and processes to ensure optimal technology performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 7-10 years of experience in technology or software development.
5-10 years of hands-on experience with customer relationship management systems and SaaS technologies.
Proven experience in asset management, particularly in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing.
Ability to lead global teams and drive alignment and collaboration across regions.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
