Salesforce Force.com / Agentforce Architect Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) Duration: 12+ months Job Summary Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Force.com / Agentforce Architect with strong hands-on development expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture design, system integrations, code reviews, solution optimization, and direct coding in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and integrations. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform architecture along with the ability to lead development teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Force.com platform best practices Architect scalable and secure solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce implementations Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, and security models Lead platform strategy, governance, and optimization initiatives Evaluate business requirements and convert them into technical solutions Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and implementation roadmaps Hands-on Development Perform hands-on coding in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Platform Events, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and Process Automation Develop reusable frameworks and enterprise-level code standards Optimize code performance and governor limit management Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks Agentforce / Service Cloud Responsibilities Design and implement Agentforce service operations solutions Build intelligent case routing, omnichannel support, and service automation Configure Service Console, Knowledge, CTI integrations, and Einstein Bots Design agent productivity tools and customer service workflows Improve SLA management and service operations efficiency Integration & Data Management Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Client Boomi, Informatica, etc.) Integrate Salesforce with ERP, billing, customer support, and third-party systems Manage large-scale data migration and ETL processes Implement data governance and master data strategies Leadership & Governance Mentor developers and technical teams Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and product owners Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience 7+ years of Salesforce development experience 3+ years in Salesforce Architecture role Strong hands-on coding background (must) Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations Experience with Agentforce / Service Cloud implementations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
