Job Description

Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Architect (Enterprise Solutions)

Location: 100% remote, but must reside in one of the following states: Z, AK, AR, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY

Compensation: Contract-to-hire with range of $69-73.25 during the contract period (76-80/hr if you reside in one of the bolded states) and 145-152K upon conversion to direct hire (up to 167K in the bolded states)

The Opportunity Are you a master of the Salesforce ecosystem ready to define the future of healthcare for our nation’s heroes? We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to serve as the primary visionary and technical lead for our enterprise-level Health Cloud platform. In this role, you will not just follow a roadmap—you will constitute the blueprint. You will translate complex business strategies into scalable technical solutions, ensuring our architecture is robust, secure, and perfectly aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Blueprinting: Oversee the design and constitution of the Health Cloud platform, converting business requirements into high-level technical solutions and POCs.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert direction and mentorship to development teams and 3rd-party vendors, acting as the bridge between executive strategy and technical execution.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Define and support complex system interfaces, data integration services, and security protocols across multiple enterprise platforms.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring all designs adhere to enterprise standards and long-term "big picture" objectives.

  • Innovation Advocacy: Maintain a constant awareness of emerging Salesforce technologies, recommending new tools to drive the organization’s technical vision forward.

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Health Cloud and 7+ years in general application development.

  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading technical project teams.

  • DevOps Mastery: 5 years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices.

  • Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flows, and SOAP/REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Highly Preferred).

  • Experience with OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components.

  • Previous experience in a high-profile government contract environment.

  • Advanced Technical Degree.
