- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Contact Builder
- Email campaign development and automation
- AMPscript, HTML, CSS
- Data Extensions, Audience Segmentation
- Triggered Emails & Drip Campaigns
- Email QA, Deliverability Testing
- SQL knowledge
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce CRM integration experience
- API knowledge
- Reporting & Campaign Analytics
