Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantLocation: Reston, VA (On-Site) Duration: Long Term ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and customer journey management.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Develop and optimize email campaigns using Email Studio.
- Work with Automation Studio to create and manage automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data segmentation and manage subscriber data using Contact Builder and Data Extensions.
- Ensure best practices for email deliverability, personalization, and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data modeling within SFMC.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Experience integrating SFMC with other systems (CRM, APIs, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
