Skilled in AmpScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for data segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content. API knowledge is a strong plus.

  • Campaign & Email Expertise: Proven track record in audience segmentation, multi-channel campaign orchestration, distributed marketing execution, and real-time journey monitoring.

  • Journey Monitoring & Reporting: Actively monitor journey health and multi-channel performance (Email & SMS). Track core KPIs, troubleshoot technical anomalies, and deliver impactful reporting to stakeholders.

  • Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on templates, dynamic content, and journey logic. Leverage test results to continually refine campaign performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align automated journey and email strategies with overarching business and financial objectives.

  • Data & Quality Control: Oversee audience segmentation, list management, SQL-driven automations, and data cleansing to ensure precise targeting, data integrity, and strict compliance.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer).

  • CRM Integration: Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and experience integrating CRM data into SFMC journeys and Distributed Marketing workflows.

  • Compliance: Strong familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory compliance for email and SMS communications (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, financial privacy regulations, etc.).

  • QA & Tagging: Experience with email QA/testing tools (e.g., Email on Acid) and campaign tagging systems (e.g., Claravine).

  • Analytics & AI: Familiarity with SFMC Intelligence (MCI), Adobe Analytics, Einstein, and AI-driven campaign enhancements.

  • Project Management: Experience managing marketing workflows using tools like Aprimo.
