Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frameworks like React and React Native.
- Apply advanced programming practices, including functional and object-oriented techniques, Web Accessibility standards, and RESTful APIs.
- Communicate technical designs and solutions effectively through verbal and written formats.
- Independently research and resolve technical challenges while contributing to team projects.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming and related concepts (6+ years).
- Expertise in HTML and CSS, with a deep understanding of layout, browser compatibility, and accessibility (6+ years).
- Experience optimizing front-end performance and working with browser APIs (6+ years).
- Proven ability to implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, functional, and integration tests.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes, as well as app lifecycle management from development through deployment.
- Skilled in designing efficient, reusable front-end and middle-tier systems for complex projects.
- Experience in the financial sector or a related field is advantageous.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience is also acceptable.
