Salesforce Platform Administrator II

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Duration: 3+ months

Job Summary:

Seeking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator II to provide advanced system administration and platform support. The role involves supporting enhancements, user setup, and security across multiple Salesforce orgs using Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The consultant will ensure compliance with standards, governance processes, and security requirements, working closely with stakeholders to maintain stable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide daily Salesforce administrative support, including user provisioning and security configuration.
Implement enhancements such as page layout updates and process automation changes.
Monitor and maintain data quality and troubleshoot user issues.
Collaborate with partners to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration tasks.
Assist with release management and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
Update and maintain reports and dashboards based on agency needs.
Stay informed on Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and security.
Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of data management principles and Salesforce reporting.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Three years of professional-level experience in Salesforce administration.
Experience in public sector environments or multi-org Salesforce environments is preferred.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certifications are required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.
